FILLING:
9 ounces of cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 slightly beaten eggs
cup sugar
tsp vanilla
1 tsp grated lemon rind

CRUST:
16 crushed squares of graham crackers
3 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp sugar

TOPPING:
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsps sugar
tsp vanilla

CRUST:
Preheat oven to 375
Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Pat smoothly against bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan
Bake until lightly brown

FILLING:
Preheat oven to 375
Beat cream cheese until soft and creamy.
Add sour cream and mix well.
Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon rind and add to sour cream mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into crust and bake 20 minutes.
Let cool slightly.

TOPPING:
Preheat oven to 475
Combine all ingredients.
Spread on warm cheesecake.
Bake 5 minutes.
Chill.
Cut in small wedges.
