2 cans of tuna (drained)
1/2 package frozen peas
1/2 bag of egg noodles
3/4 cup butter
3-4 T flour
1/2 bag shredded mild cheddar (approximately)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring pot of water to boil, add 1/2 bag frozen peas and 1/2 package of egg noodles. Cook until tender and drain.
Make a white sauce while the noodles are cooking. Melt 3/4 stick butter and add 3-4 T flour. Gradually add milk while stirring. When it thickens add more milk until desired consistency. Add 1/2 bag of shredded mild cheddar cheese, tuna and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over drained noodles and peas.
