Grandma Boyd


2 pounds ground beef
1 chopped onion
Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar of pasta sauce
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 T oil
2 eggs
Parmesan cheese

Cook ground beef and onion together, drain. Add sauce. Spread 1/2 of the meat/sauce mixture to a 9x13 pan and put a layer of shredded cheese over it. Add the rest of the meat mixture and add another layer of cheese.
In a bowl, combine the flour, milk, oil and eggs to make a dough. Add the dough to the top of the 9x13 pan, over the shredded cheese layer. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
When you serve, turn it over so that the cust will be on the bottom.
