2 (3 ounce) packages of lime gelatin
2 (3 ounce) or 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups hot water
2 (8 1/2 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 cups drained pineapple juice or water
1 or 2 cups chopped pecans

Cream gelatin and cream cheese (which has been softened to room temperature).
Pour hot water over this and stir until dissolved.
Add pineapple and pecans.
Add enough water to drained pineapple juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid and add to the rest of the mixture.
Pour into a 2 quart mold.
Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or until set.
