String Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 jar of sauce
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1/3 c. parmesan
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. butter
1 c. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350.
Cook beef, onion, and pepper in skillet.
Drain fat.
Stir in sauce and mix well.
Combine spaghetti, parm, eggs, and butter in bowl.
Place in bottom of 13x9 pan.
Spread ricootta over top.
Spread sauce mixture over ricotta. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
