1 pkg. Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
1/2 to 3/4 C. Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1-8oz. cream cheese softened
1 can crushed pineapple, well drained
strawberries (cut in half), blueberries, 1 can mandarine oranges drained, kiwi (peeled &sliced), raspberries/blackberries/cherrries

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cookie dough about 1/8 inch thick and place around pizza pan. (If it is the cubed cookie dough flatten each piece out in your hand to appropriate thickness before placing on pan). Bake according to package directions until golden brown.Cool.
Mix cream cheese, sugar & vanilla and spread on cooled crust, like sauce.
Actually squeeze out your drained pineapple - if you leave it too juicy it will make a soggy, messy pizza. Sprinkle pineapple and press down slightly.
Line w/fruit from outer edge inward: 1st strawberries, 2nd blueberries, 3rd Kiwi, 4th mandarine oranges, 5th raspberries/blackberries or cherries.
Refrigerate and serve like pizza.
