1 lb hamburger
1 c minute rice
1 egg
c finely chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the burger, egg, onion, rice and seasonings. Form into meatballs. Brown.

Mix the soups and milk together, warm in microwave to cream together. Layer soup mix and meatballs in crockpot until meatballs are completely covered. Simmer for 4-6 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes.

You can always add more milk and another can of soup depending on coverage you want.
