CRUST: 1 c. flour
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Dash of salt

FILLING #1: 1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. prepared Dream Whip

FILLING #2: 2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding
2 c. milk

TOPPING: Cool Whip

Mix all crust ingredients together and press into bottom of 13X9 pan. Bake at 350 until lightly browned. Let cool.
Fold together all ingredients for filling #1 and spread onto cooled crust. Chill while preparing next layer.
Beat together all ingredients for filling #2 until thickened. Spread on top of filling #1. Top with remaining cool whip and chill until ready to serve.
