16 Ritz crackers, cruched, about 3/4 c.)
6 oz. sharp cheddar, grated
1 clove chopped garlic
salt and pepper
4 6oz. boneless, chicken breasts
4 T. unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
In bowl, combine the crackers, garlic, and salt and pepper.
Dip the chicken in butter, then in the cracker mixture, pressing gently to help the crackers adhere. Place the chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with remaining mixture on the chicken and then drizzle with remaining butter.
Bake until chicken is golden brown, 25-30 minutes.
