Snickerdoodles Recipe

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla (or mommy juice)
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
8 T. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven at 300 degrees.
Cream sugars and butter.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients.
Chill for 30-60 minutes.
Roll dough into 1" balls and roll into topping.
Bake 12-14 minutes. ( Do not over bake.)
