Nonstick cooking spry
2 c. Broccoli dlowerets
2 Tbsp. Water
6 eggs, beaten
12 slices rye bread, cubed


2 c. Sherddded Swiss cheese
1 (16 oz.) Can sauerkraut
5 oz. sliced corned beef
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 c. Milk

Coat 13 x 9“ baking dish with cooking spray; set aside. Combine broccoli and water; cover in steam until broccoli is tender crisp. Sliced corned beef into strips, about to buy in a half inch. In large mixing bowl, combine eggs and milk. Add broccoli, corn beef, in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spooned evenly into baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours or overnight.

Heat oven to 325°. Remove plastic wrap and cover dish with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes longer, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
