8 chicken breast halves
1 can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
flour
salt & pepper
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breast halves in half again.
Mix flour, salt (I use crazy salt) and pepper in a plastic bag.
Shake chicken pieces in bag to coat with flour mixture.
In electric frying pan or dutch oven cook chicken pieces in a small amount of butter. Brown on both sides, adding butter if needed.
Add in remaining ingredients, lower heat and cook covered for about 1 hour.

Goes great with white rice or pasta.
