1 1/2 cup of yellow self rising corn meal
1 egg
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
mix all together , if batter is too stiff add a little more milk, too runny add a little more cornmeal
have a skillet with oil hot , spoon batter 1 heaping T. at a time and let it brown on 1 side then flip !!
