10 to 12 pieces of chicken- Boiled and deboned to bite size pieces
16 Oz of sour cream
1 can of cream of mushroom
3 to 4 T of Poppy seeds
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
1 to 1 1/2 sticks of butter- melted

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and combine with crushed crackers, set aside. Combine sour cream and cream of mushroom, set aside. In a casserole dish, lay chicken and pour sauce over chicken. Cover with cracker mixture and poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minuets or until bubbly. Cover with lid.
