2 3/4 cup biscuit baking mix
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
3/4 tsp garlic powder, divided in half
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º.
Combine biscuit mix, red pepper and 1/2 tsp. garlic with a fork.
Stir in milk and cheese until mix forms a soft dough.
Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Combine butter and remaining garlic. Brush to of dough.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until brown.
