1 stick plus 4 tbsp. butter
4 cups fresh or frozen corn, thawed
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/2 cup butter in medium skillet. Add corn, sugar, salt. Stir will. Dot with remaining 1/4 cup butter.
Simmer on low for 15 minutes. Stir frequently until kernels are tender.
