Carrot Supreme Recipe

8 cups carrots, sliced
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushroom pieces
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup bread crumbs

Place carrots in sauce pan, cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook until tender.
In a small skillet saute onion in butter until tender. Drain carrots, add onion, soup, mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. Put in 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes.
