Ingredients:  
3 large baking potatoes. Peeled and thinly sliced.
1 large onion, thinly sliced
salt
pepper
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 - 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place potato slices on large piece of heavy foil on cookie sheet. Cover potatoes with onion slices. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Dot with butter. Wrap to cover.
Bake 1 hour @ 400
