1 c sugar
1 c margarine/butter
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/3 c flour
1/2 c chopped nuts
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp banana flavor

Preheat oven to 325º F

Cream sugar & margarine

Add eggs

Add sifted, dry ingredients andd mashed bananas

Fold in nuts

pour into a greased 9X5X3" loaf pan

Bake at 325º for 1 hour
