6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced evenly thin
1 stick butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 small onion chopped
approx. 1 cup milk
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer all ingredients in casserole, then add milk until almost covered (potatoes should show on top so they brown). Cover bake at 325 for 1 hour. Uncover at 375 bake until golden brown.
