1 3-4 lb. bottom round or rump roast

Directions:
Directions:
Roll meat in flour, salt and pepper. Brown in small amount of oil turning until all sides are browned. Add 1 medium sliced onion and about 2 cups water. Bring to boil then lower heat and simmer covered 2-3 hours turning often.
