1 cup red wine or cooking wine
1/2 tsp. rosemary
2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 large Italian tomatoes chopped
1 small can tomato sauce
1 cut up chicken skin removed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients and let stand 2 hours before cooking. Simmer tomato sauces 1 hour ahead of chicken preparation. Brown chicken and pour off excess fat. Pour wine mixture over and cook 10-15 minutes turning to absorb liquid. Pour 4 small glasses of water into browning pan and add to sauce. Simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour. Total cooking time 3 hours.
