1/2 box Rosa Marina Pasta (or ancini de pepe)
1 cup Pineapple chunks
1/3 cup Sugar
2 tbsp. Flour
Juice from Pineapple
1 jar Maraschino Cherries
1 cup Mandarin Oranges
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Salt
8oz Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and cool pasta, set aside. In a small pan cook suar, pineapple juice, egg,flour, salt until thickened. Mix together fruit and pasta. Pour juice mixture over fruit and pasta. When juice is absorbed mix in cool whip. Chill.
