3 large cans italian plum tomatoes with basil
2 8oz. cans tomato sauce
2 6 oz. cans tomato paste
3 Tbsp. sugar
Fresh pepper
Fresh parsley
4 fresh basil leaves
3 Tbsp. romano cheese
Meat: Meatballs, country spare ribs, italian sausage
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Chop tomatoes in blender & put in 8 qt. sauce pot. Add tomato sauce, sugar, spices, cheese and bring to boil over medium heat. Lower heat and simmer uncovered approx. 2 hours stirring often.

Brown meat in olive oil. Add to sauce. Remove excess oil from pan and add past to pan scraping edges. Add to sauce.
