Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 cups mushroom sliced
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 cup milk
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add milk & cream cheese; stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water; add to cream cheese mixture. Heat thoroughly.
