2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. Mix butter and sugar.
3. Put in egg, milk, vanilla, and lemon extract.
4. Last, combine in first four dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt) with the wet ingredients.
5. Chill for 2 hrs. in fridge.
6. Roll, cut, and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
