Beef and Cabbage Soup Recipe

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 stalks celery, chopped (can use celery flakes)
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, not drained
1/2 medium head of cabbage, shredded or chopped
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 can water
4 beef boullion cubes

Brown ground beef, onion and celery and drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 1 hour.
