1 head iceberg lettuce; chopped
2 Cups chow mein noodles
1 Cup slivered almonds, pecans, or walnuts
1 small can mandarin slices; drained or 3 mandarin oranges peeled and sectioned
4 green onions chopped

DRESSING

3 TBSP rice wine vinegar
1 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP freshly grated ginger
½ tsp minced garlic
2 TBSP sesame oil
½ cup canola oil
1 TBSP sesame seeds; lightly toasted
1 TBSP chopped green onion
Soy Sauce to taste

Directions:

Whisk dressing ingredients together and set aside

Add salad ingredients to large bowl and mix. Toss with dressing and refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
