1/2 lb. butter,softened
2 C. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. ricotta cheese
4 C. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Icing:
1/2 C. Butter, softened
2 C. confectionary sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cookie:
Cream together sugar & butter,add eggs & mix. Add vanilla & cheese then dry ingredients.

Icing:
Mix all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
