Ingredients:  
1 17 oz can of corn
1 17 oz can of cream-style corn
1/4 C milk
1/4 C crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 C chopped green onions
2 eggs, beaten
1 2 oz jar of pimentos
1/4 t paprika
1/4 t pepper
6 slices of bacon, crisp and crumbled
Parmesan cheese and butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º

Combine ingredients and place in greased 1-1/2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with 2 T grated Parmesan cheese and dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.
