2 Cups Wheat Bran
1 Cup sugar
2½ Cups Flour
2½ tsp Baking soda
1 tsp salt
½ Cup oil
2 Cups buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
2 TBSP molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F

Insert muffin papers in muffin tins
Mix first five ingredients together in large bowl
Stir in remaining ingredients. At this point you can mix in ½ to 1 cup of raisins or other fruit if you wish.
Fill muffin cups ⅔ full
Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean
Best served warm with or without butter
