2 sticks butter, softened
2 C. all purpose flour
1/2 C. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 C. (12 oz.pkg.) semi sweet morsels, divided
1 1/4 C. (14 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 C. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter in a large bowl until creamy. Beat in flour, sugar & salt until crumbly. With floured fingers, press 2 cups of crumb mixture into bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan. Reserve remaining mixture. Bake crust in preheated 350º oven for 10-12 mins. until edges golden brown. Warm 1 1/2 C. chocolate chip morsels & sweetened condensed milk in a small, heavy sauce pan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla. Spread over hot crust. Stir walnuts and remaining morsels into reserved crumb misture; sprinkle over chocolate filling. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes or until center set.
Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares. DELISH!!!
