2-3 large carrots, chopped
3 - 4 tsp. Better than Boullion
minced garlic to your taste
1 pkg. soup noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Place your chicken in the pot. Cover with Stock/Broth and cook over medium heat until chicken is falling off the bone.
Remove chicken, cool and pull meat to be placed back into pot.
Chop your celery, onions, and carrots and place in pot.
Add your seasoning of salt, pepper, garlic, and Better than Boullion.
Simmer for 2-3 hours for best flavor.
Cook your noodles in a separate pot and add as many as you like or eat as is :),
