2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 pkts. Taco Seasoning
1 lg. onion chopped
1 pkg. frozen white corn, thawed
1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
Soft Taco shells
10 oz pkg Shredded Taco cheese mixture
lettuce & tomatoes, chopped (for garnishing)
Sour cream
Favorite Salsa

Directions:

Lightly spray 9x13 casserole dish w/cooking spray. Line bottom w/soft Taco shells. Mix & brown hamburger, Taco seasoning, & onions. Spoon mixture over Taco shells. Then sprinkle w/corn and black beans. Then sprinkle w/shredded Taco cheese. Repeat for 2 more layers. Bake. Top w/chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and a little more cheese if you like.
Serve w/sour cream and favorite salsa.
