A bundle of Asparagus,
a squash and
a zucchini 1 cup cherry tomatoes
5 large eggs
A few shakes of garlic powder
tsp of butter
Terragon sprinkle
Dill sprinkle
1/2 cup Irish cheddar cheese
Cup of Colby jack cheese
Rosemary salt
Some salt and pepper.

Frittata
Cut veggies into smaller pieces Sautéed for about 7 minutes till they start browning a little.
Heat up veggies then add tomatoes
Pour eggs over veggies cook for a bit flipped it over three times (as long as the eggs where runny I kept flipping) then let it set back together.
Sprinkle Colby jack in top so it melts
Sprinkle Rosemary salt on top
Serve hot!
