6 eggs, separated
3/4 c sugar
1 1/2 c brandy
1/2 c rum
4 c whole milk
4 c heavy cream

Directions:

Beat yolks until light

Add sugar slowly & continue beating until blended

Slowly add brandy, rum, milk & 2 c cream

Beat egg whites until stiff & fold into yolk mixture

Beat 2 c cream & fold in

Sprinkle with nutmeg
