2 c. water
8 baby carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces
2 diced peeled potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped fine
4 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. chopped ham
1 (10 oz.) can of condensed cream of chicken (can use cream of celery or mushroom instead)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan combine water, carrots, potatoes & onion. Bring to a boil & reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add peas & ham. Return to boiling, then reduce heat. Cover & cook 5 more minutes. Stir in soup, add cheese. Cook & stir until heated
