1lb ground beef
lg can Cream of Mushroom Soup
sm can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Beef Bullion
Sour Cream
Egg Noodles

Sauce:
Brown beef in a deep sauce pan until pink is gone. Add both cans of soup and incorporate. Add 1 tsp of beef bullion and mix. Add 1/2-1 cup of sour cream depending on preference.
Noodles:
I have had lots of comments on my perfect egg noodles. It is simple and easy. Add a tablespoon of Olive Oil to water and set to boil. Once boiling add egg noodles and set timer for 10 mins. When timer goes off drain noodles and serve hot.
( I don't give an exact amount of noodles because it depends on how many you are feeding. We use 1 full bag and 1/2 of a 2nd for a family of five. We have enough left-overs to freezer two dinners for daddy to take to work the next week.)
