Ingredients:  
1 lbs. ground beef
1 c. tomato juice
c. Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked oats
1 egg or 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
c. chopped onion
tsp. salt (optional)
tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients; mix lightly but thoroughly. Press into an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan; bake 1 hour. When meatloaf is getting near done, spread ketchup on top. Put back in the oven. Drain; let stand 5 minutes before eating.
