Ingredients:  
Stir 2 Tbsp yeast in 1/2 cup warm water + 1 tsp sugar and set aside.

Combine ingredients together in a bowl and beat:
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp Olive oil
1-1/2 cups very hot water
.

Directions:

Add yeast and 1 cup of flour at a time until dough is a little stiff and smooth.
(Approx. 4 cups total) Cover and let rise 35-45 minutes
