Stir 2 Tbsp yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water + 1 tsp sugar and set aside.

Combine ingredients together in a bowl and beat:

1/3 c. oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs ~ beaten
2 c. very hot water
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast and 1 cup of flour at a time until dough is soft and a little sticky, up to 5 cups of flour. Let rise 1-2 hours or cover and put in the refrigerator over night. Roll out and shape. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 mins.
