1 1/4 cup shortening
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
3 3/4 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup cornmeal
1 cup raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350
Mix moist ingredients. Mix dry ingredients add to moist mixture.
Form into tablespoon size balls. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Flatten with fork.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
