12 Oz sharp Cheese Shredded
10 Oz Swiss Cheese Shredded
1T flour
10 to 12 Oz of Beer
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Dash of garlic salt
Fondue Pot
Cubed Bread/Italian

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheeses and add flour. Place in fondue pot and add10 Oz of beer (you may add more to thin the cheese). Add a dash of garlic salt and dash of Tabasco sauce. Heat over fondue pot until melted.

This dish became famous in the Haefner house after Mimi and Pop returned from Germany while Pop was in the US Army in the 1970’s. This dish was normally served New Year’s Eve and always a favorite of Kristen and Mandy’s!
