3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 cup mashed banana
1 3/4 cups of flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup nuts-chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine salt, flor, baking soda, and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, combine sugar, oil, and eggs.
Beat until frothy.
Add bananas and blend.
Fold into flour mixture until blended.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 325º for 1 hour until crust is brown.
Use toothpick to check doneness.
Let stand for 10 mins.
Invert pan.
