12 Hard Boiled Eggs/ shelled and diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
1T. Pickle Relish
Mayo to cover ingredients
1 Squirt of Mustard
Onion optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, relish, mustard, onion, salt and pepper. Add mayo until all ingredients covered. Chill and serve. Great on toast or crackers.
