Ingredients:
CAKE:
1 stick butter
3/4 cup butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pint (2 cups) blueberries (may use frozen; increase baking time)

TOPPING:
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup (it's just as good)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter until soft. Beat in sugar and add egg. Beat until fluffy. Stir in milk (mixture will look separated and terrible) and vanilla until blended. Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder. Gently fold in blueberries. Spoon into a greased 9"x9" or 10"x12" cake pan or spring-form pan, making a slight well in the center of the cake for even baking.

Cut topping ingredients together with pastry blender until crumbly. Spread on top of cake batter and bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Test center with a toothpick to make sure cake is baked, especially if using frozen blueberries.
