3 c. diced Rhubarb
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1½ c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. oatmeal
½ c. butter, cold

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 370º.
Combine rhubarb, sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, mix and set aside.
Combine brown sugar, oatmeal, flour and cut in butter to make crust.
Press ½ crumb mixture into bottom of 9X12 pan. Put rhubarb mixture on top of crust and then put remaing crumb mix on top of rhubarb.
Bake for 40 minutes.
