Tortilla Bake Recipe

1 lb. ground meat
1 large onion, chopped
1 small tomato sauce or 1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 small can Taco or enchilada sauce
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 cup scalded milk
2 small pkg. corn tortillas
1/2 cup cheese, grated

Brown meat with onions. Add tomatoes, taco sauce and peppers. Stir well. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Add soup and milk. Place cut up layers of tortillas in baking dish.
Pour 1/2 meat mixture over tortillas. Layer more tortillas then the other half of meat mixture. Top with grated cheese.
Bake @ 400 until cheese melts and bubbles.
