Ingredients:  
3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. butter flavor3 eggs
1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 bananas, mashed
1 cup pecans, chopped

Icing:
3/4 stick butter
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Mix oil, eggs, pineapple by hand. Don't use a mixer. Add bananas and nuts. Mix well
Pun in greased and sugared bake pans or tube pan.
Bake @ 350º 1 hour and 5 minutes. Test done with toothpick.
Cool 1 hour before removing.

Icing:
Cream butter and cream cheese. Mix well.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix.
Stir in pecans.
Spread on to cake.
