Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Cup granulated sugar
⅓ Cup hot water
⅛ tsp salt
4 Cups milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine, cocoa, sugar, water and salt in medium saucepan
Stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Cook, stirring constantly, for one minute
Stir in the milk and heat BUT DO NOT BOIL
Remove from heat and add vanilla. Serve immediately
